No matter how well i perform (am sure that i am even better than you in many way), i will only be an account executive in your eye.
i put in so much effort in everything i do and i do almost everytin, but in the eye of the others, i am definitely not the one who did all the work. Non of the credits will be mine.
It's just not worth it anymore!
